Santa Fe de Antioquia is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Medellín, via the road to Urabá. Founded in 1541 by Marshal Jorge Robledo, it was for centuries the historical seat of the department of Antioquia. Its old town, with cobblestone streets and colonial houses, is perfect for exploring on foot.

The easiest way is to get to Medellín (by plane or land) and from the terminal take a direct minibus to Santa Fe de Antioquia.
