Filandia is located in the Quindío department, approximately 26 kilometers from Armenia, the capital of the department, and about 70 kilometers from Manizales. It is easy to access from these cities and enjoy the beauty of the coffee landscape.
There are several ways to reach Filandia. The most common option is by bus or private car from nearby cities. Below, you will find routes from some of the main cities.
From Bogotá: Take a flight to the city of Armenia, once at the airport, exit and take the bus Route 2 heading to the transportation terminal; you can ask the security staff where it stops. Once at the terminal, take the bus to Filandia, which costs $5,500 COP, and you will be there.
From Manizales: Take a bus to Pereira, costing $20,000 COP and taking 1 hour and 20 minutes. Once in Pereira, take the bus to Filandia, which takes about 30 minutes and costs $6,000 COP, and you'll arrive.
From Pereira: Head to the transportation terminal and take the bus to Filandia, which takes about 30 minutes and costs $6,000 COP.
From Cali: Go to the Cali terminal and take a bus to Pereira, which takes 3.5 hours and costs $46,000 COP; from here, follow the steps from Pereira.
