From Bogotá: Take an intermunicipal bus to Sogamoso from the nearest terminal; Bogotá has three transportation terminals. The ticket price is approximately $50,000 COP.
From Sogamoso: At the Sogamoso terminal, ask for buses from Cootracero heading to Laguna de Tota. Tell the driver to drop you off at Playa Blanca. The approximate cost is $10,000 COP.
